Versioned deterministic models calculate results and suggested actions. In this pilot, the AVORA model itself explains these outputs; no external AI is used. Estimates are not verified appraisals, guaranteed income or personalized financial, legal, tax or insurance advice. Validate inputs, assumptions and local restrictions before acting.

Market references show educational ranges (low, typical and high) for comparable assets, with a confidence level and their basis: a cited public source or an estimate based on market references. Many current references are estimates, not observed market data. They do not change the model results, are not a forecast, appraisal or promise of income, and may not reflect local rules, such as short-term rental restrictions.

AVORA may restrict misuse with appropriate notice under applicable law. Support, export and account-deletion procedures, liability clauses and jurisdiction require legal review. No clause waives mandatory consumer or data-protection rights; this draft imposes no exclusive jurisdiction.
